Trajectory FHIR definitions

Canonical URLs for definitional FHIR resources published by The Cimarron Clinic, PLLC. Each resolves to the resource as application/fhir+json.

These URLs are identifiers. They are deliberately independent of any environment: the same canonical identifies the resource in development and in production, and it is recorded as-is in clinical data via elements such as instantiatesCanonical. They are not the address of a FHIR server — requests for patient data go to the API, not here.
